Returns + Exchnages
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 21 days to return or echange your items starting from the day you receive your order. Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ECHANGES FOR OUR "PERFECTLY IMPERFECT" HARNESS.
Please follow the process bellow for returning your parcel to us:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to us and processed. Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). We’ll make sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives, and again when we have processed your refund. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
